TRANSITION IT will not sell, rent, trade or giveaway any user’s personal information or email lists to third party companies without first obtaining our user’s consent.

Emails sent to TRANSITION IT may occasionally be used for testimonial purposes but only after obtaining the user’s specific consent.

Reasons we share personal data

We only share your personal data with vendors working on our behalf, for CRM purposes or with event partners but only with your specific consent. Some of our vendors are outside the EU, we have ensured that data stored outside of the EU is stored safely and correctly via Privacy Shield certification or similar. 

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send an email with your details to info@transition-it.eu with "Unsubscribe" in the subject header. We will then remove you from our database.

All removal requests will be dealt with within 28 days of receipt of the request.
